EFQM – what is it all about?
I have been using the EFQM Model since 1991 and have helped numerous organisations from Public Sector such as the Probation Service to Private Sector such as Train Operating Companies.
That support has helped them either improve themselves, enter into national and International Quality Awards, or achieve Recognised for Excellence awards.
As well as being a lead assessor for the British Quality Foundation, BQF asked me to become one of their Endorsed Advisors. Recently I have been involved in the DfT franchise procurement process that asks Train Operating Companies to produce an EFQM submission.
